Successful real estate investing is mostly done by NETWORKING WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE. I want to know who you know and you want to know who I know. There is so much opportunity out there now and coming up! As a start we can discuss some of the topics outlined in the book " The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller. This book is NOT based on someone's opinion, but the collective results of many many successful investors. Your group organizer John Shipstead is a Realtor and investor and has direct access to the Multiple Lisitng Services throughout California. TAKING ACTION by meeting some people interested in the same thing to improve your financial future is the first step. So come to the meeting and see what it is all about.
