Bill Sefton is a CPA with a financial planning practice in San Ramon Valley and works with clients across the nation. He earned his Masters of Accounting Degree from the University of Southern California and Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Economics from Williamette University.

Bill is the past-President and past-Treasurer of the multi-million dollar, 900 plus homes Crow Canyon Country Club Homeowner's Association, where he was instrumental in making significant changes that can still be seen in the community over 23 year later.


Bill has also served on the California Financial Planning and Ethics committee for California Society of CPAs. He sponsored and taught the Wayne State University "How to Start and Run Profitable Small Business" course in Northern California.

Who attended?

    •  Because accounting isn't my background, it took took a lot of effort to follow along. All the information was great. If anything, I wish the meeting was longer to allow more room for questions, discussion, and also getting to know new people. Perhaps splitting the presentation in half if this were presented again? Actually, a repeat of the information for a future meeting wouldn't be too bad, and I would re-attend it. It's a shame that many people can't get there by 7pm or earlier (6:30? 6pm?) for more networking and a less rushed presentation.
