Thank you to the investors who attended our November meeting and thanks to everyone who provided feedback about the meeting via Meetup's rating system. I sincerely appreciate everyone's attendance and, as always, I continue to be thankful for the eclectic group of investors who provided their feedback and perspective on the many topics that we discussed.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY NETWORKING MEETUP

Our December Meetup will be a break from our monthly tradition to celebrate the holidays. Our meeting will strictly be a casual get together for holiday fun and networking. We will be hosting a very small and casual dinner and desserts that will include pizza, cookies, and our usual chocolates. Please feel free to bring any guests you would like. Our usual monthly format will continue in January.

FIBI is in the process of a nationwide expansion. Our newest addition to the FIBI family is the FIBI Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Meetup that will launch in January 2009. My office is located on the North side of Santa Monica Blvd. just 1.5 blocks West of Beverly Glen. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd Floor lobby. Once you exit the elevator you will see the conference room straight ahead to the left side, which is where we will be meeting.

**PARKING WARNING** PLEASE DO NOT park in the building's parking lot, as all of the spots are reserved and you will risk being towed. There should be plenty of street parking in front of the building, as well as on the side streets. IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE MEETUP AND THE FRONT DOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE LOCKED then please call my cell phone ([masked]) and I will come down to let you in. The front doors are typically unlocked until 7:30 pm.

**METERED PARKING WARNING** PLEASE NOTE that the parking spots on Santa Monica Blvd now include metered spots via pay stations UNTIL 8:00 PM that are NOT easy to see. Most members have not noticed the pay stations, as they are fairly new and there is no signage. IF YOU PARK ON SANTA MONICA BLVD THEN PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR YOUR METERED PARKING UNTIL 8:00 PM.
