She took the time to walk you through the asanas (poses) if you needed assistance and she was also very encouraging. The environment was warm and intimate, with low lighting, hard wood floors, and soft meditationaly energizing music. (The studio even provided yoga mats! ) I've taken a lot of classes at different studios with different instructors and I think this experience by far has encouraged me to continue with my practise. If you intend to take one of Robin's classes but can't find the time or feel too tired, I suggest that you force yourself to go and do the 90 minute practise.
