Greetings,
Now I've been following interest rates for quite a while and reckon that they're not going to stop and reverse soon... The economy is just about to runaway and all the RBA "can" really do from what I can see is to increase the rates to "put the brakes on". My prediction is that it's going to continue to rise and I wouldn't be surprised if it hits 10% in the next year or so... Man, the cost of houses is crazy, interest rates rose and people are still buying like they're going out of fashion. As with any boom, there's always a bust, and I reckon this baby's about to blow.... Steven Q |
