“ Life gets pretty busy as there is always something to do. We rarely find time for ourselves let alone find time to meditate. This group does just that by getting together weekly at a set time with the motivation of others. At the group you will learn the calming and mending effects of meditation which will allow you to face the outside troubles and stresses we face day to day without even breaking a sweat or worrying. Meditation can be hard to do by oneself as it is easy to give up if you do not get the instant results you are looking for. Group meditation is the answer. It is very affordable way to practice meditation with like minded people who have experience and can answer the many questions you may have. The energy in a group meditation is powerfully positive and can help heal others sooner with the help of the group. Give it a try as you have nothing to lose but all to gain; spiritually and physically you will reep the rewards. Hopefully I will see you there. ”

Thanks for joining up with Off-Grid meetup, I'll have to try another meetup towards the end of the month. something on a weekend be best for all. I'm currently trying to finish up a physics course and solar course from BCIT so my schedule is a little hectic right now. I look forward to meeting you though and getting another meetup planed soon.
