This is a group for anyone who is interested in learning more about real estate investing. New or experienced, all level investors are welcome! Network with a group of like-minded individuals who are actively doing real estate transactions all around the Quad Cities area. We will have local group meetings at least once per month, along with guest speakers who will help grow your business.

This group will meet to bring together buyers, sellers and financiers of investment real estate property. Members will generally live in a 100 mile radius of Iowa City, but residential and commercial properties to be bought and sold could be anywhere. Meetings will focus on the specific properties of individual members, offer advice on buying and selling strategies, tactics and products, but is not expected to become a product fest.
