I have been successful in investing and working with investors in the greater Portland area to purchase properties at the auction and sell for a profit. I think it is important to start a dialouge and answer questions about short sales vs. foreclosures and how to purchase at the auction. Many are very thankful to have 2009 behind us. From a trading standpoint, it was a very wild ride in the beginning then a straight shot up. However, that did not make it any easier to trade.
